[Phylobase-devl] adephylo/phylobase issue

  Hi Thibaut,

  Brian Ripley wrote to me (as phylobase package maintainer) and said
that there was a problem with adephylo with R version 2.14, that they
hadn't been able to reach you, and that they were therefore taking
adephylo off the current CRAN list (archiving it) and wanted me to take
it out of the phylobase materials.

  There's a fairly simple fix to the problem (not passing checks), it
seems, which is adding an explicit "phylobase::" reference before the
edges() call in table.phylo4d .  In the longer run, there might be a
better way to mediate the conflict between ape and phylobase here ...

  Can you fix this?
