[R list package] Computational Problems Using 'List' Package

Dear David,

I've updated the software to fix the issues with the ceiling parameter
you're experiencing, and the sample code now all runs. You do not need to
specify ceiling or floor (neither is supported in the Bayesian version of
the software).

We will issue an update on CRAN next week, but in the meantime you can
download the corrected package to install for Mac and the source version to
install on Unix systems at:

http://graemeblair.com/list.html
