[inlinedocs] package.skeleton.dx is case sensitive---can we change this?

Hi there,

I'm a big fan of inlinedocs and prefer it over Roxygen for documenting my R
packages. However, I find it majorly frustrating that package.skeleton.dx
is case sensitive---it will generate documentation for "myfunction.R", but
not "myfunction.r". I very often find myself adding functions after the
initial call to package.skeleton, and I constantly forget to make my
extension in upper case. It's especially annoying if I realize my mistake
after I've already committed my function to Github. Can this be changed?

Thanks,
