Hello,

I committed all the changes we discussed previously at once. Sorry for
that, but since I was not using SVN when I explorer all these changes, it
was too difficult to commit them one by one afterwards.

Changes are logged in the NEWS file. A couple of comments:

1) I managed to detect S3 methods automatically. So the ##method<< trick
is not need, and was a bad idea, I agree.

2) I did not managed to find a solution in the example.after.return()
parser, only by using a clear mark to separate function code and example
code (using either ##examples<< or #{{{examples).

3) A dataset with several cases that failed in the previous inlinedocs is
put in /scratch/inlinedocsTest. Feel free to migrate it into /tests if you
like.

4) I made comments in the code, starting with # PhG...

5) I tool the liberty to upgrade version to 1.3, given the numerous changes.

6) inlinedocs does not pass R CMD check on my machine, and it was already
the case with version 1.2 (revision 107).

Sorry again for the lot of changes at once, and I hope you will appreciate
the contribution.

Best,

Philippe
