I am trying to build GenABEL for the final submission to CRAN but I am stuck in making GenABEL-tutorial.pdf. After running GenABEL-general/scripts/makedistrib_GenABEL.sh I got a message that MixABL is not installed. I am trying to install it and it fails. Is it neccassary to make other ABEL* pakages compilable to just submit GenABEL on CRAN?
