It should, at least it has installed fine for a number of people with R 3.5. Packages are here, in case you want to download them https://github.com/flr/R/tree/master/bin/windows/contrib/3.5 Does your antrivirus allow you to whitelist our site? Iago ---- On Mon, 24 Sep 2018 10:37:07 +0200 Clara Ulrich <clu at aqua.dtu.dk> wrote ---- Yes 3.4. I have not updated to newest version because I am still stuck with the problem I discussed one year ago that packages updates in Windows are blocked somehow by the antivirus and requires installing in manual debug mode (I never found the solution to that – not that I searched overly much because I do not often need new packages but if anyone knows about that and can help I will be forever thankful, that would save me a lot of clicking).   So if I move to 3.5 that would all install fine?   Thanks Clara     From: flr-list <flr-list-bounces at lists.r-forge.r-project.org> On Behalf Of Iago.MOSQUEIRA at ec.europa.eu Sent: 24 September 2018 09:37 To: flr-list at flr-project.org Subject: Re: [FLR-list] LRP?   Packages are there for R 3.5, yes. Hi Iago, I am in 64 bits but can’t install (the packages seem uncompiled), is this because of R version – that it can only be installed on R>3.5?   Clara   From: flr-list <flr-list-bounces at lists.r-forge.r-project.org> On Behalf Of Iago.MOSQUEIRA at ec.europa.eu Sent: 24 September 2018 09:02 To: flr-list at flr-project.org Subject: Re: [FLR-list] LRP?   Hi,   FLBRP, FLXSA and FLash are now 64 bit, so try installing them from R 64 bit. If you need a 32 bit version, please let me know.   Cheers,     Iago   -- Dr Iago Mosqueira European Commission DG Joint Research Centre Directorate D - Sustainable Resources Unit D.02 Water and Marine Resources TP 051, Via Enrico Fermi 2749 I-21027 Ispra (VA), Italy Phone : +39 0332 785413 iago.mosqueira at ec.europa.eu From: flr-list [flr-list-bounces at lists.r-forge.r-project.org] on behalf of Clara Ulrich [clu at aqua.dtu.dk] Sent: 24 September 2018 08:50 To: flr-list at flr-project.org Subject: [FLR-list] LRP? Hi all, I am back to teaching FLR to master students, and try to run last year’s scripts – all fine so far except that I have troubles with the reference points. Has FLRP disappeared? And I have some issues when installing FLBRP, I get a message saying that the package is only available in source form and may need compilation(which then fail). Any hint?   I am still using R 3.4.3 from Nov 2017, which had worked fine last year.   Thanks Clara   _______________________________________________ flr-list mailing list flr-list at flr-project.org https://lists.r-forge.r-project.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/flr-list
