Hi,

You can use lapply(myResiduals, iterMedians) to get the median of the residuals. A better option is to run the diagnostics on the fit without iterations. Can you post the code you're using to run the assessment ?

Best

EJ

Subject: [FLR-list] Plotting Issue

Hello,

I’m working with a4a trying to run the diagnostics. The problem is that when I try to plot the diagnostics, a4a plots all the iterations.

There is a way to plot the mean of the 1000 iterations?

Thanks a lot in advance.

Regards,
Eduardo
