[FLR-list] On FLR and R 2.15.*

could we add aspic and biodyn and delete FLBiodym.

biodyn is the new generic biomass dynamic model class and aspic is an 
implementation of ASPIC in R that is derived from it.

FLBioDym is no longer being developed.
