[FLR-list] plot FLIndex

Hi,

I have questions regarding the difference between plot(FLIndex, type="pairwise") and plot(FLIndex,type="internal"). Why do they sometimes return the same plot and R2 between two consecutive ages, and sometimes not? I have even an example that for one age, one plot returns a positive slope and the second plot a negative slope.

Cf also for example
plot(ple4.indices[[1]], type="pairwise") returns R2          0.403     0.750     0.455     0.383     0.214     0.480
plot(ple4.indices[[1]], type="internal") returns R2            0.403     0.750     0.455     0.398     0.220     0.319
