[FLR-list] FLR 2.4 is out !

Hi,

We have uploaded new versions for windows of the FLR 2.4 packages. There 
was an issue with versions required. The packages will now work on any 
installation of 2.13, although those using 2.13.0 or 2.13.1 will get a 
harmless warning about the packages being compiled using R 2.13.2.
