[Flr-ices] examples

Where's the package on SVN? I have some examples from ICCAT BFT (bluefin)
and SWO-MED (mediterranean swordfish) I'd like to upload.

Plus can we call the package FLWG so that NAFO & ICCAT examples can be
added?
