[datatable-help] Error in scan

Hi, I know it's a common error and there is a lot of help available but I
still can't resolve the issue:
all i am trying to do is to read a csv file from my folder and this is what
i get:

Error in scan(file, what, nmax, sep, dec, quote, skip, nlines, na.strings, :
scan() expected 'a real', got '0,361146646'

Is Anybody know what can be my Problem?
