[datatable-help] whole data.table copied "warning"

The part "by taking a copy" should be "by taking a shallow copy". Other
than that, nothing is wrong. If you get this message, then your data.table
has somehow lost it's over-allocation.

I can't help much without seeing a minimal reproducible example :-(.
