[datatable-help] Feature request: allow specification of row name column when keep.rownames=TRUE

When one uses data.table(..., keep.rownames=TRUE) the name of the
resulting column is always "rn". Some way of specifying the column
name would be nice.

(The default could continue to be "rn".)
