Hi all!<div><br></div><div>I have question about the Biomod.RangeSize function.</div><div><br></div><div>In the Manual the example for this function reads as follows:</div><div><br></div><div><div>> Biomod.RangeSize(CurrentPred = Proj_Current_BestModelByRoc_Bin[,1,],</div>
<div>FutureProj = Proj_Future1_BestModelByRoc_Bin[,1,], SpChange.Save="SpChange.2050")</div></div><div><br></div><div>My question is: do you have to run the Prediction Best Model and Projection Best model to use this function correctly or can you input any binary data. For instance can run an ensemble forecast for the your "current" input climate data and then compare its binary outputs to those of a future ensemble forecast?</div>
<div><br></div><div>Thanks for the help,</div><div>Ashley</div>
