The question is whether BaSTA "assumes" that for example that cubs that are one month/year old have the same survival probability as those that are a couple days old. The reason I ask is that for certain species like the cheetahs a high mortality rate prior the cubs leaving the "den", pre-emergence, is usually assumed. <div>
