<p>I'm not getting the expected plots with 2 clusters I got from DAPC with the scatter function. The plot looks like this (see attached) and not the scatterplot I wanted. Is there any reason why I'm seeing this and is there any alternative to produce a scatterplot
 with 2 clusters?​<br>
