Hi,<div><br></div><div>I'm trying to analyze the diversity of fungal pathogens using PCA analysis, but I would like to do a graph like colorplot using labels for individuals instead of populations. I have tried different things but I don't get anything working. If somebody has done this please help me with the command that I have to use.</div>
