Hello,

it looks like you try to use global.rtest on a S4 object - my guess would be a genind?

The input of the function is a data matrix. See documentation and example in ?global.rtest.

All the best

Thibaut

Subject: [adegenet-forum] Global Test

Dear Dr. Jombart and Adegenet users,

I am trying to use the global and local test to interpret sPCA results. However, I am getting the following error message:

> Ebom.Gtest<-global.rtest(Ebom_adeg,Ebom.spca$lw,nper=99)
Error in if (any(temp)) { : missing value where TRUE/FALSE needed
In addition: Warning message:
In is.na<http://is.na>(X) : is.na<http://is.na>() applied to non-(list or vector) of type 'S4'

Any feedback on what the problem is would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Margarita
