To overplot the sPCA results on to a map, use s.value().

Dear adegenet users

I am relatively new in using ADEGENET, especially sPCA. I would like to

draw my SPCA output results on a map ("map" object), that I successfully

imported in the genind file.

The command plot.spca works, but I don't know to which argument I

should affect the map.

Thank you in advance for your help

Manu
