Alternatively export genind to genetics format and in genetic export to
genepop... but the genind2genotype function does not work for dominant
marker data (my case) so I guess I will have to do it manually...

nop, there's no function to export to genepop format. One workaround
would be using genind2df to generate the kind of data table needed in
genepop, and then writing it to a file and making a proper genepop by
hand.
